Who We Are

Gary is our company president. He founded Custom Collagen in 2001 and has over 40 years of experience in this industry. He is the proud father of Sheila and Bob and is often called Grandpa or Great-Grandpa by the little ones we have in the office. While he considers himself retired, he still plays a very important role in vendor relationships, product formulation and preschool drop-offs. 

Sheila is the Vice President of Custom Collagen, Gary’s first daughter. She oversees daily operations, develops vendor and customer relationships, and manages our bulk product production schedule. She has been married for 30 years, is an empty nester, and has two dogs. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with all the littles in her life (grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dogs)! If she could go anywhere in the world, it would be home.  

Bob is the IT manager at Custom Collagen,  Gary’s first son. He keeps all office and IT equipment running smoothly and maintains all company software. If he could go anywhere in the world, he would like to stay home and sit by the pool. 

Alan is Custom Collagen’s quality technician. His primary responsibilities include performing and analyzing laboratory testing and assisting our quality manager with documentation. In his free time he likes to go skateboarding and attend live music shows. The Abuelita Chocolate ice cream from La Michoacana is his favorite ice cream flavor and he would love to visit South America someday – preferably Brazil. Reading is also something he likes to do, and he highly recommends reading Rogue Lawyer by John Grisham.

Mary is the administrative manager at Custom Collagen. She manages B2B customer relationships, develops and maintains freight broker relationships, and facilitates interoffice collaboration between departments. She loves dancing and chocolate peanut butter ice cream. Australia is at the top of her bucket list.
