Yogurt and Collagen Breakfast Bowl

But sometimes breakfast is difficult. If you’re like me, you want something fast, low-effort, and delicious that gets you the nutrition you need with the fun and flavor you want. Plus, you don’t want to get bored by eating the same thing every day! Collagen yogurt bowls are a great solution.
By mixing some delicious yogurt with Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen and topping it with different fruits and ingredients, you can have a nutritious breakfast that tastes good and supports full-body health. You can change up the ingredients however you want, but this is one sample recipe to get you in the groove. The basics are easy; all you really need is yogurt, Traditional Tonic, and some fruit to get your bowl started. After that, making yummy additions is easy and fun. To cut out some time, prep your yogurt and fruits the night before and simply assemble in the morning. You can even take your bowl to work if you need to get out the door quickly.
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 scoopTraditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen
2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sliced banana
1/2 cup blueberries
3 Tbsp. shaved coconut
1/8 cup granola
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, Traditional Tonic, cinnamon, and honey
- Once combined, top the yogurt with the banana, blueberries, coconut, and granola (or use whichever toppings you like!)
