White Chicken Chili with Collagen
Chili is the perfect meal for a cold fall night but the same old beef chili can get old. Try this white chicken chili recipe for a change-up! It also has the benefit of being healthier than your average chili. Adding Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen to this recipe makes it as good for your body as it is for your soul.

Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
3 cups chicken broth
1-2 Tbsp. lime juice (to taste)
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 scoop Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen
2 cans northern or pinto beans (drained)
Shredded cheddar and sour cream for serving
Directions:
- In a saucepan, cook chicken, garlic, and onions in oil until lightly browned. Season with salt & pepper.
- Stir in broth, green chilies, cumin, cayenne; bring to a boil.
- Add in Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen, mash one of the cans of beans with a fork or potato masher until smooth, add to saucepan and stir until well-combined. Add the other can of beans to the saucepan.
- Turn heat down to low and simmer 20-30 minutes until chicken is fully-cooked.
- Serve topped with cheese, chives, and sour cream if desired.
