Vanilla Blueberry Collagen Waffles

Add some flavor and protein to your breakfast (or dinner, we aren’t judging) with these vanilla blueberry collagen waffles!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and 1/3 cups non-fat milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 and 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 and 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 scoops Gym & Tonic Collagen Protein
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of blueberries (preferably fresh)


  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. In a medium bowl (preferably metal) beat the eggs until light and fluffy (you want lots of air in your mixture)
  3. Add the milk and vanilla and mix until well blended
  4. Mix in the baking powder, sugar, salt, flour, and Gym & Tonic Collagen Protein until well-mixed but not completely smooth (don’t lose all of the air in your mixture)
  5. Gently stir in the melted butter without overmixing
  6. Ladle about 1/2 cup of the batter into the waffle iron and bake following your waffle iron’s instructions
  7. Serve with your favorite waffle toppings
