Makes 2 Servings
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 large frozen banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- If you want a colder smoothie, add in a handful of ice cubes and blend
