Pumpkin Pancakes with Collagen

 

Craving some warm pancakes on a crisp fall morning? Try this perfect pumpkin pancake with collagen recipe for fluffy pancakes packed with flavor and all of the benefits of Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen!

Adapted from Martha Stewart’s Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/2 – 1 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1 scoop Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen

6 Tbsp. pumpkin puree (canned or home-made)

1 large or jumbo egg

1 cup skim milk

2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl
  2. Combine milk, pumpkin, egg, and butter in a separate bowl and mix well
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix into batter
  4. Cook pancakes in a skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes per side
