Pineapple Lemonade Collagen Popsicles
It’s summer and my brain is sitting by a pool in the sunshine no matter what my body is actually doing. I’m so looking forward to the days when I’ll actually get to sit by a pool in the sunshine that I’m constantly thinking about how to make the most of those warm summer days. And is there any better way to enjoy summer than with a cold, sweet popsicle? I think we all know that I’m going to say “no” to that one.
The problem is that store-bought popsicles are often full of sugar and processed ingredients that just aren’t the best we could put into our bodies. Luckily, making inventive and delicious popsicles at home is a cinch! All you need is some fruit or fruit juice and a popsicle mold. Popsicle molds are cheap now because of the season but if you don’t have one and don’t want to buy one, you can always use muffin tins and popsicle sticks too create slightly unusually shaped but still delicious pops.
Of course I’m going to get these popsicles to do double duty for me by making them good for my hair, skin, and nails by mixing in some Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen. Traditional Tonic can help keep your hair and skin strong and flawless throughout the summer elements and putting it into a frosty treat is the perfect way to get your daily dose without hassle.
