Creamy Collagen Fruit Dip

This dip is made with low-fat products but it is still sweet and light, perfect for enhancing your favorite fruit’s flavor. Plus, this dip only requires 4 ingredients and it takes next to no time to make. You can whip it up quickly and have it ready for an afternoon snack for a few days if you store it in the fridge. Makes: 5-6 cups
32 ounces vanilla lite yogurt
8 ounces lite whipped topping
1 box (3.4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding mix
3 scoops Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to give the pudding mix and collagen time to dissolve (the texture will be smoother after chilling)
