Collagen Trail Mix Bites
No-bake protein balls are a popular way to get some protein in on the go because they are easy, yummy, and relatively healthy but, of course, we love to add collagen to them and make them even better. These bite-sized treats can be made in all kinds of flavors and they are perfect to grab on the way to the gym, to school, or just when you need something between meals without completely ruining your diet. One of my favorite ways to make and eat these collagen bites is to combine them with one of my other favorite snacks: trail mix.
Sweet, salty, filling, and the traditional snack of active people, it just makes sense to use trail mix in a collagen bite. The combination of flavors is delicious and you can switch stuff up so that the bites match your favorite trail mix. For instance, you could add a few handfuls of chopped banana chips or switch the cranberries out for golden raisins.
Regardless, because these bites contain Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen, they are much better than traditional trail mix. Traditional Tonic supports full-body wellness from stronger hair to protected joints. With all of its benefits, collagen is necessary for an on-the-go lifestyle and mixing it into a delicious bite like these makes it even easier than usual to make sure you get your daily dose of collagen.
