Collagen-Rich Hummus
If you’re trying to be healthier this year, chances are you’re on the search for healthy snacks. A great way to move away from chips or cookies is to try making your own hummus (just be careful to eat it with veggies instead of pita bread if you’re going for healthy). Hummus is easy and fun because you can change up the ingredients to make new flavors but today we’re going to stick with a basic hummus recipe. That way, you can add new ingredients yourself!
This collagen is bonus-good because it has two scoops of Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen inside. That means your snack will be full of amino acids, healthy protein, and collagen that your body can use to support your hair, skin, nails, and joints. You won’t even have to think about it! This hummus is creamy, garlicy, and goes well with any of your favorite veggies. Try dipping slices of red bell pepper or cucumber in this dip and see if you even miss your old, unhealthy snacks!
