Collagen Protein Energy Bites
This is one of our favorite energy bite recipes because not only are you getting natural energy from the collagen protein, but the addition of maca powder and chia seeds sends these over the top! These energy bites are great work snacks because they can be eaten quickly and they give you the energy to power through the day.
- 1 cup oats or oat flour
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 scoops Gym & Tonic Collagen Protein
- 1 Tbs milk of choice
- 1 Tbs hemp seeds
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
- Use a tablespoon to scoop mixture and form it into balls
- Store finished energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
