Collagen Protein Bites
Protein bites are the perfect little snack for a quick extra boost of energy! The recipe possibilities are endless & we've already shared a few, but here's a new option!
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats (quick or rolled)
3/4 cup of nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, etc.)
2 Tbs of cacao powder
2-3 scoops of Gym & Tonic Collagen
Handful of sliced almonds, coconut, or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix everything together in a small bowl
2. Roll tablespoon sized bits of the mixture into balls
3. Store in the fridge or freezer to enjoy when you need a quick protein filled snack.
