Collagen-Infused Vinaigrette Dressing Three Ways
Vinaigrette dressing is delicious, light, and wholesome. And did I mention it’s easy as pie to make at home? Easier than making pie at home, actually! Store bought dressings can be over-processed, over-sweetened, and fatty and making your own vinaigrette will actually change the way you look at salads. And you’ll know exactly what went into your salad.
Even better, vinaigrette’s all start from one little ratio and, once you have that down, you’re free to play and make new things! So, here’s the secret: vinaigrette is just 1 parts vinegar to 3 parts oil with some salt and pepper thrown in. That’s it! Then we can add Traditional Tonic Nourishing Collagen and voila! Collagen-infused vinaigrette! See? Easier than pie. After that, you can change up your oil and vinegar choices, swap in some fun ingredients, and make all kinds of crafty salad dressing inventions.
So, let’s vinaigrette! Here are three vinaigrette recipes to get you started.
*The instructions for them are all the same: add all ingredients to a mason jar or bowl. If you have a mason jar, put the lid on and shake until well combined. If you’re using a bowl, whisk until well combined. That’s it!
One: Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette
- 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Two: Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
- 6 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 4 tsp. grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
