Cinnamon Apple Smoothie with Collagen
Smoothies are a yummy and healthy way to get lots of your daily fruits, veggies, and vitamins in one meal. They are easy, delicious, and you can take them on the go if you are in a rush to get to work and, bonus, they are the perfect vehicle to get in your daily dose of Tonic’s collagen products!
It’s fall, almost winter, and that means we needed a smoothie recipe that would get us in the spirit of fall. And what better fall recipe is there than cinnamon apple? This smoothie is packed with the good stuff but you’d never know it by the taste which is pure, sweet fall goodness. With Beauty Tonic added in, this smoothie will boost your health and keep your nails, skin, and hair looking fabulous during the colder months.
Ingredients:
1 red apple, chopped
3 dates, pitted
1 cup spinach
1/4 block tofu
1/4 cup unsweetened, organic apple juice
3/4 cup soy or almond milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 packet Beauty Tonic
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
