Banana Strawberry Chia muffins


You'll need your favorite banana muffin recipe for this one! See the recipe below for the strawberry chia jam filling!  

Ingredients For Jam:

  • 1 heaping cup of hulled strawberries
  • 1 heaping cup of hulled strawberries
  • 2 scoops Gym & Tonic Collagen Protein
  • Splash of water (more as needed)


  1. Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove.
  2. Once it reaches the consistency of a jam, remove from stove.
  3. While the jam is cooling, mix up your favorite banana muffin.
  4. Fill the muffin tin halfway with muffin batter.
  5. Put a dollop of jam in the center of each muffin.
  6. Add more batter to top it off.
  7. ABake according to your muffin recipe!
