Banana Strawberry Chia Muffins

Ingredients For Jam:
- 1 heaping cup of hulled strawberries
- 1 heaping cup of hulled strawberries
- 2 scoops Gym & Tonic Collagen Protein
- Splash of water (more as needed)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove.
- Once it reaches the consistency of a jam, remove from stove.
- While the jam is cooling, mix up your favorite banana muffin.
- Fill the muffin tin halfway with muffin batter.
- Put a dollop of jam in the center of each muffin.
- Add more batter to top it off.
- ABake according to your muffin recipe!
