Why Do I Need Collagen?
Collagen is the most abundant protein found in our bodies. It makes up about 30% of the total protein our bodies require to stay healthy. When we are in our mid-twenties, our body's collagen production begin to slow. This becomes a big problem if we do not replenish the collagen that our bodies continue to use.
